Charoite Teardrop with Pearl Pendant #P9103
Charoite teardrop stone is a rare silicate mineral, first described in 1978 and named for the Chara River. It has been reported only from the Sakha Republic, Siberia, Russia. It has a translucent lavender to purple in color with a pearly luster.
This tear drop gemstone gives a striking focal point is set in Argentium Sterling silver, tarnish resistant, with a pearl set at the top with a beautiful luster complementing the Charoite. The pendant hangs on a sterling silver cable chain 20" long that is adjustable.
Pendant measures 1 5/8" (33.5mm) long x 6/8" (16mm) wide.
The Charoite measures 26mm x 10mm x 4mm, 1.1 x 0.4 inches, 1.4 grams
The pearl has a purple luster and measures 4mm.
